-Pile Installation
-Installing slew drive brackets
-Mounting all slew drives
-Installing all Bearing housing Assemblies installing all Torque tubes
-Installing panel brackets
-Mounting all photo voltaic Modules
-Installing all Motors to slew drives
-Torque Mark & Torque pressure check all fasteners.
These tasks require expertise and precision to ensure that all components are installed correctly and function efficiently. Additionally, it is crucial to perform torque marking and torque pressure checks on all fasteners to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Overall, this is a professional job that demands attention to detail, technical knowledge, and experience in mechanical installation techniques.
Remediation
The remediation process involves several critical steps to ensure the proper functioning and safety of the system. First, a thorough walk-through inspection of each section is conducted to identify and mark any missing or damaged components. Any identified issues are then addressed by removing and replacing the damaged or missing components.
To ensure the system is operating at optimal performance, it is important to verify that each array has all the proper torque marks required and inspect and verify proper torque pressure. Additionally, for torque tube remediation, all torque tubes are inspected for rust and any rust is removed before painting with galvanized paint.
A thorough walk-through cable inspection of each section is also conducted to identify any split, cut, or bare cables. Any issues are marked and addressed by ensuring all cables are securely fastened.
Overall, remediation is a professional and critical process that requires attention to detail, technical knowledge, and experience to ensure the system operates safely and efficiently.
